Todd Takes
The ability to process new experiences and deciphering what is most important is a skillset that is needed and leveraged all the time in construction. There are so many variables on any given project that are changing or being managed. It is crucial to project success to be able to keep your head and systematically work through those.
- The growth mindset that we so often talk about on the show has an oversized impact on a company’s ability to manage risk properly. I loved when Josh spoke about how he wished he had more confidence when he started Document Crunch. Isn’t interesting that growing in confidence directly parallels your ability to learn and adapt from mistakes?!
- Democratizing knowledge on a project, especially contractual knowledge, leads to increased efficiency across the board. So, what are you waiting for, equip your team and share the wealth.
