Todd Takes

1.      The image that you are putting out around your company and yourself matters. First impressions are powerful. You want to make sure you are putting your best foot out every time.

2.      When thinking through some ways to better market your brand, I always like to step back and put myself in the shoes of my target audience. What are they thinking and feeling? Once I know that, I can then start helping them get to their destination.

3.      It is so important to let people know you are listening. I try to make it a point to not be the first one to speak when sharing information. Sounds funny at first but if I don’t know where my audience is coming from, I am not going to know where to start sharing the relevant information.
